Rick founded TELX in 1986 when he decided to leave his position as a Senior Field service technician with Nortel and pursue a new venture providing telecommunication systems to businesses across New Jersey. As a proud graduate of Devry Tech, Rick utilizes his vast experience to design and implement phone system solutions for customers of all sizes, create structured cabling systems, design and deploy sophisticated presentation solutions, construct video conferencing solutions, assist in client moves, and all types of trouble shooting. In Rick’s 35 years in both the enterprise and small commercial space, he has encountered all kinds of IT environments and he now uses his experience to provide the best level of support for his customers. Through training and ongoing education, the service levels and capabilities of Rick and his TELX team continue to improve. His mission has always been to be recognized as a solution provider, rather than a vendor.
When Rick is not working with TELX clients, he enjoys spending his time at the beach surfing with his son, biking along the shore and riding his motorcycle with friends.
