What to consider when opening up or moving to a new facility

Review your contract with your existing phone and Internet provider. This could be the perfect opportunity to negotiate a better deal or get bids from other carriers.
Consider keeping downtime to a minimum. Typically we relocate customer's phone systems in the morning, two hours prior to start of business. Also, consider a minimum of an hour of staff training if you're putting in new phone system.
It's best to hire an experience contractor regardless of the size of your company.
